Hermine Hold is growing and we're currently looking for a part-time Customer Support Agent.
The Customer Support Agent consists of two major areas. Handling communication with customers via e-mail, social media, chat and secondly keeping our way of working up to date with tasks such as translations, improving processes, updating our helpcenter etc.
We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience for our #HermineHeroes. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.
This role can be a great start for developing within the company.
We believe you:
- Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
- Have previous experience with customer service
- Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative
- Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you.
